Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners with Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only available payment method. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the package at the time of delivery.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your country and location:

  • Local (within your region): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days
    Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or unforeseen courier issues.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight

  • Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment status online at any time.

Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will usually attempt redelivery. If the order is returned to us due to non-delivery, reshipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours at [email protected]. Include your order number and any relevant tracking or photo evidence. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

  • We do not accept any prepaid methods; only Cash on Delivery is supported
